Point Editor

This editor is used to customize the properties of the series points. It can be opened from within the Series Editor.

Visible

Check or uncheck this check box to show or hide the series points.

3D

Check this check box to set the rendering preference to 3D - which means if possible, DataScene will render the series points as 3D points. This check box is effective only if the view dimension is set to 3D.

Dark 3D

Check this check box to use darkened colors to rendering the points so as to increase the visual depth of the points. This check box is effective only if the view dimension is set to 3D and the 3D check box is checked.

Style

The value in this combo-box determines the point style.

Inflated Margins

Check this check box to have DataScene adjust the axis scales of the containing graph in accordance with the size of the points. Axes that do not scale automatically will not be affected.

Width

The value in this spin box specifies the width of the series points.

Height

The value in this spin box specifies the height of the series points.

Brush

Click this button to open the Brush Editor with which the brush used to paint the series points can be customized.

Border

Click this button to open the Pen Editor with which the pen used to draw the borders of the series points can be customized.

Color Each

Check this check box to draw the series points in different colors that are taken from an internal color palette specific to the current graph theme.

OK

Click this button to accept the settings and close this editor.

Cancel

Click this button to discard any changes and close this editor.
